Contributor Agreement
Terms governing submission of content to Desert Maritime.
By submitting content to Desert Maritime (“Company”), you agree to the following:
1. Ownership & License
You grant Desert Maritime a:
- Worldwide
- Perpetual
- Royalty-free
- Transferable
license to use, edit, publish, and distribute submitted content.
2. Representation
You represent that:
- You own the content
- It does not infringe on third-party rights
- It is accurate to your knowledge
3. Editorial Rights
We may:
- Edit for clarity or tone
- Refuse publication
- Remove content at any time
4. Compensation
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, contributions are voluntary and unpaid.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Desert Maritime against claims arising from your submission.
