Digital Product License
License terms governing the purchase and use of Desert Maritime digital products.
Effective Date: November 17, 2025
This Digital Product License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the purchase and use of any digital product sold or distributed by Desert Maritime (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing or downloading any digital product, you agree to this Agreement.
1. License Grant
You are granted a:
- Non-exclusive
- Non-transferable
- Non-sublicensable
- Revocable
license to use the digital product for personal, non-commercial use only.
2. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Resell or redistribute the product
- Share access with others
- Upload to file-sharing platforms
- Modify and claim as your own
- Use content for AI training or data scraping
- Incorporate into commercial guides or courses
3. Intellectual Property
All digital products remain the intellectual property of Desert Maritime.
Purchase grants access — not ownership.
4. No Refund Policy
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all digital product sales are final.
5. Risk Disclaimer
Digital expedition guides are informational only and subject to change.

6. Termination
Violation of this Agreement may result in license termination without refund.
7. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
